Patient Care Nurse Director Emergency Department

One of the most well-respected healthcare systems in the Great New York City area is looking for a transformational leader to serve in one of their facilities as the RN Director of Patient Care in Emergency Medicine.

The RN Nurse Director Emergency Trauma will be the leader of a very busy Emergency Department, seeing over 30,000 patients a year. The RN Patient Care Director in the ED will need to serve as mentor, educator, and leader to all staff members as well as be able to successfully communicate and collaborate with medical professionals from other departments such as orthopedics, neurology, surgery, and women’s services. This ED treats a large variety of cases each day, from stroke treatment to cardiac services.
