Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is looking for Sales Representatives for a client in Merriam, Kansas. This position pays $14/HR plus commission and is contract to hire. Please send resumes

Responsibilities

• Representatives are primarily responsible for generating sales opportunities through the setting of solid appointments.
• Reps are responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, providing premium customer service
• Report to their Team Leader and the Manager for Sales.
• Generating adequate activity levels
• Making outbound calls
• Maintaining a number of contacts per day
• Sending and responding to emails
• Ability to Follow all scripts and techniques as trained and directed
• Timely and quality response to Internet Leads
• Complying with all processes, procedures, and policies

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Must be flexible between the hours of 8:30AM - 7PM and open to working a rotating Saturday and 1 Sunday per month.
• Must be able to overcome objections
