3D image printing company in Valencia, Ca is looking to hire 5 individuals to grow with their company. Employees will be responsible for cutting, sanding, grinding, shaping and sanding material. There will be a lot of repetitive motion.
o Post-finish urethane castings to company standards per work instructions.
o Details urethane castings through removing tooling vents/gates, filling in minor voids with various filler materials/urethanes, and repairing broken/damaged features.
o Utilize Sr. finishers as mentors to gain finishing techniques/knowledge of how to perform daily tasks.
o Ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple duties required by direct supervisor.
o Experience using shop equipment such as band saw, dremel, dotco, die/angle grinders, and heat guns.
o Maintains a clean work station and is responsible for tools provided by direct supervisor.
o Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job.
o Other duties as assigned by supervisor
* Basic Understanding of all part finishing techniques and the ability to complete tasks with moderate supervision in a timely manner.
* Review Work Instructions for product information and special needs.
* Ability to measure parts using applicable tools and software and reporting results.
* Responsible for compliance to all Quality Systems Management.
* Perform other tasks as required by the department supervisor.
