Job Descriptions:
Immediate openings!
- Employees will be learning multiple computer systems and lines of servicing, and then taking phone calls to assist the providers answer questions.
- Includes logging into their account and answering customer's questions.
- Average of 60 calls per day
Qualifications:
- Working with multiple computer systems
- 1+ year call center experience
- High-school diploma
Additional Information:
- Training: 2 weeks, 8-4:30pm, Shift:10:30-7:00pm
- Cubicle style, call center environment
- Dress code-casual
