Mechanical Assembler

Understands and uses tools correctly. Some examples, wrenches, ratchets, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring tools.

Follows verbal and written instructions.

Knows all the specifications required for the tasks, which he/she is responsible.

Is responsible for the quality of parts, which he/she assembles.

Maintains own tools and work area.

Assembling of CNC machines from the ground up.

Using hand, air and power tools.

Using IPad to complete assembly, following prints or routers

Time sensitive assembly. Given certain amount of time to complete job depending on details.

Standing all day, working 8-10 hours per day including weekends as long as the business dictates it.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must satisfy physical agility requirement for job and be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
