Who We Are:
Home Instead Senior Care is the world's most trusted source of home care with offices in more than 16 countries! We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our Home Instead family - no certifications or experience necessary, but preferred!
At Home Instead Senior Care we know CAREGivers are special people with unique qualities and a heart for service. In fact, we believe our CAREGivers are the backbone of our company. Our CAREGivers are fairly compensated for the valuable services they provide, but more than that, are able to fulfill a mission to keep seniors happy and healthy in their homes for as long as possible.
What We Offer:
• Competitive, weekly pay - starting wages between $12-$13 hourly
• Voluntary Dental insurance plans
• Safe Harbor 401K with 4% matching after 1 year
• On-going PAID training given by our LVN
• PAID CEU's offered monthly (ex: Hospice and Palliative Care, Bed Sores, Arthritis)
• Flexible scheduling with many hours and days available
• Referral incentives and annual bonus for CAREGivers in good standing
What We Do:
• Provide companionship and engaging activities
• Meal preparation and clean up
• Light housekeeping (change linens, do laundry)
• Personal care assistance (dressing, bathing, toileting)
• Transportation or errands as needed
• Safety supervision, Alzheimer's/Dementia care
• General assistance with ADL's
Where We Work:
Home Instead CAREGivers work one-on-one with clients in their private homes throughout the peninsula! Work close to home with a client in:
• Sunnyvale/Cupertino
• Los Altos/Mountain View
• Menlo Park/Palo Alto
• Redwood City/Atherton
• Woodside/Portola Valley
• Belmont/San Carlos
