Primary Job Functions Include:
- Responding to client inquiries, seeking out new clients and managing client relationships
- Assessing the needs of potential clients and presenting company services
- Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
- Managing client files and information in our company database
- Aggressively pursue new referral sources and maintain existing referral relationships
- Successfully generate community awareness of our services
- Research, schedule and successfully execute regular community marketing events
- Develop and successfully implement a monthly networking plan
- Assist in the development of a marketing plan that effectively inform referral sources of our services
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree with healthcare experience
- Proven sales success
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to make sales presentations to small or large groups
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong technical aptitude with high degree of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Internet applications
