The Opportunity

 The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recreation attendants who will be servicing the guests’ needs in accordance with Delaware North and hotel procedures on the beach, in the pools and health clubs and leading activities according to the posted weekly activities schedule.

Some of the responsibilities include: executing the Manager’s directives, collaborating on the employee schedule, entering data into hotel computer system, delegating specific assignments to recreation attendants, working along side while supervising all attendants’ assignments such as: stocking and replenishing beach, pool and health club areas with towels, chairs, umbrellas and supplies; cleaning and maintaining the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spas and health clubs.

This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form, and the ability to bend, lift, stand and walk all day as well as be in direct sunlight for most of the day shift.
