The primary requirement of a Jersey Mike's employee is a commitment to our company goals:

• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Must Be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00AM-8:00PM



Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
-Be knowledgeable about our history and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way".
-Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
-Possibly open the store, close the store, prep work, cleanup, and adhering to guidelines at all times.
-Work with efficiency in a fast paced environment.
