Nutraceutical Vitamin and Supplement Manufacturing Sales Rep - Last Year Our Top Salesperson Earned $108,000 His First Year. This year it will be $300,000+

We are on a mission to build the strongest sales team in our industry. We believe the importance and value of a superstar salesperson has been severely miscalculated. 

You will be responsible for acquiring and servicing clients from inbound leads, trade shows, cold calling and other methods. A very determined and strong willed person with the ability to problem solve is a must in our high growth atmosphere. 

At Superior we know that a high achieving salesperson is worth their weight in gold and we treat them like it. Just ask our current sales people which you’re welcome to or take the fact that we pay 40% commission across the board on all clients that you work with. No that is not a typo. 40% on first orders, reorders, everything.

Requirements to be considered for our team
1. Experience in the industry is highly preferred but not required
2. Must have proven track record of strong sales and account management experience
3. Must have at least 2 years sales experience b2b

Our process for hiring is as follows

4. After completing the assessment test you will be contacted to set up a phone interview with one of the owners of our company
5. After that you will be introduced to other salespeople and team members
6. The last step will be an in person interview
