Occasional Babysitter For Three Children

We look forward to finding a babysitter to occasionally help care for our children for occasional date nights and/or back up care. Our children are 7, 5, and 2 with lots of energy and creativity so we're hoping to find someone who will engage in active play with them. We're an outdoor-loving family so would like a sitter who is willing to take the kids outside to play when the weather is suitable. He/she must be a nonsmoker with a clean driving record, and we will only consider someone with a background check (or willing to submit to one). We prefer someone with toddler experience, who has First Aid training and CPR certification. Thank you!.
