Position Overview:

Title: Product Support Agent/Customer Service Representative

Pay: $12.50/hr.

Location: Tempe (Priest and Broadway)

Start Date: March 20th

Hours: 6 AM - 10 PM (Every day) Ideal candidates will have flexibility to work within these hours.

Job Description: This is a seasonal customer service position providing technical support to customers. This includes 4 segments:

  • Will primarily assist customers who have begun using the software or online product and need assistance navigating or trouble shooting issues they experience.
  • Will help customers who are working on their return with both product/software inquiries, as well as with tax software questions.
  • Will apply defined procedures and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve problems using good judgment.
  • Will interact with customers via phone, video chat and email utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy.
