Home Instead Senior Care, the world's trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors, seeks an individual with excellent sales, marketing and relationship building skills. In this position, you will experience the rewards of knowing that you have made a difference and an impact on the lives of seniors and their families. This motivated self-starter will be charged with growing the business in a specific territory with specific goals and benchmarks to guide him/her. Strong presentation and communication skills a must. Experience in initiating and closing sales contracts necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS:
1. Independently create a strategic growth plan for new business.
2. Outline a timetable with attainable goals and benchmarks
3. Manage time and resources effectively to meet goals.
4. Report sales activity on a regular basis.
5. Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of changing market conditions and competitive issues.
6. Identify and close sales opportunities t new clients.
7. Partner with other team members to strengthen sales ability.
8. Schedule presentations/in service calls to prospective organizations and potential clients.
9. Good negotiation and customer service skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously.
11. Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.

- Ability to network and build relationships
- Driven and motivated
- Strategic sales account planning skills.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
- Direct sales experience
- Goal oriented. Must have proven sales track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ability to work well with team members
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
This position offers a competitive salary plus incentive pay. Salary rane $40-50K
