Role support business unit within Employer & Individual Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Providing client groups with strategic consulting on people programs, organization development and other HR - specific or business initiatives
Analyzes people related metrics, trends and root causes to develop solutions that balance HR risks and cost management throughout the organization
Acts as a liaison for the brokerage of services between client groups and internal or external providers and implements corporate driven initiatives
Reviews the work of others
Develops innovative approaches
Sought out as expert
Serves as a leader / mentor

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5 years experience providing thought leadership within a COE in some or all of the following: Talent Management, Succession Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management or Organization Development
Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships with human capital, business stakeholders, and enterprise COE partners
Experience in strong partnering and collaboration across teams and organizational boundaries
Experience in a large, complex, geographically dispersed organization
Ability to influence and achieve results in a matrixed environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic, critical thinking, decision - making, and problem - solving skills
Proven research skills to gather data, best practices, and points of view to ensure sound judgment
Strong reporting, metrics and analytical capabilities
Strong project planning skills associated with learning and development initiatives
Strong consulting and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage external and internal resources and people network to execute quickly, effectively and consistently in a fast - paced environment
Highly adaptable and flexible with a strong learning ability
Solutions - oriented with the ability to develop innovative approaches to talent strategy processes
