Our Customer Service Representatives are the point of contact for all customer orders, questions, and concerns. (by phone, fax, EDI)
They are responsible for providing prompt problem resolution within customer accounts, primarily by phone 800 calls, fax 1000, and web (1000 emails) chat with customers and keying information into our systems.
This role is to provide Data entry support by entering orders which come into the team via: fax, EM, EDI, and phone.
Total orders for the team are over 2500 per day.
Each resource is responsible for 100+ orders per day.
