Due to our ability to consistently exceed our clients expectations for increased revenue and new customer accounts, we are planning to continue new market expansion throughout the Country. 

This is a performance-based position with the opportunity for exponential growth. Account Managers learn the fundamentals of starting a business, develop networking skills and learn how to lead small teams in our Management Training Program. 

Areas of training/development: 
Initially the Account Managers will handle the sales, marketing and account management for our clients. Next, they will be cross-trained in all aspects of market management, team leadership, talent-scouting, business finance, public speaking, goal setting, expansion planning, coaching and development of others, organizational development and sales training. All training is hands-on, so that team members gain the experience they need and feel comfortable spearheading growth efforts as we continue expansion efforts for our clients.

Compensation:
$26,000-$75,000 
Commission percents - 1.5% on base and 12.5% on the sale
12.5% monthly reaidual on maintenance sales 
1.5%-7% monthlyreaidual on service provider sales

Commission increase to 3% on base and 25% on the sale, 25% month reaidual on maintenance contracts. 
After the employee gets promoted to a senior account manager from the account manager, the average representative will make $115,000/year with salary & commission. A team will be built under the Senior Account Manager with a total of 4 employees under the Senior Account Manager. 
Promotion is offered after all requirements and quotas are met; Enterprise Account Manager will be offered. Average Enterprise Account Manager makes $175,000/year with base salary and commission. 
As new locations open up, the top sales representatives will be offered the opportunity to Manager their own location.
