Early childhood caregiver needed for a small childcare facility, centrally located in Missoula Montana. Applicant must be certified in infant/child/adult cpr and have first aid.CPR/first aid card must not be expired, as evidence has to be presented along with background check paperwork to the State. Candidate needs to be of good character, have patience, be nurturing, and be able to multitask.
There are a great deal of words that can be used to describe this kind of work, so attempts to do so would be lengthy.In short - its a mentally and physically demanding job/career. Persons who do this sort of work thrive when being busy and creative.It is routine - domestic - and all about the young child and their well being. Therefore a love for young children is a must.

This job will fall within the hours of 7 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday - no nights; no weekends. Meaning - a schedule will be made inside of the hours listed above (you may be scheduled 11 am - 6 pm if that suits you...or a bit more or less.Basically I want my staff to be successful and to like their work so I am flexible.All I ask for in return is for that staff person to be at work everyday - be dependable/reliable...and to be enthusiastic about coming to work.
