IT Support Technician, Tier 1

As an IT Support Technician your mission will be to delight clients with spectacular customer service and technical support. The person who fills this role will provide first level problem resolution in support of hardware, software,          networks, and cloud solutions.  You will often assist clients remotely, and provide on site visits  when needed. The IT Support Technician we are looking to hire has great interpersonal skills and can communicate technical expertise in a helpful manner. 

 Qualifications:

• Help Desk Experience
• Windows 7, 8, 10
• Office Suite:  Outlook, Word, Excel
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Windows Server 2008/2012
• MS Terminal Services
• Being an active listener, asking clients questions to collect facts, and ability to solve problems
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be willing and eager to document processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to install Windows OS without assistance
