Cleveland Clinicannounces a search for the Center Head for its Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health. The Center is a major institution focused on diagnosis, treatment, education and research across a wide spectrum of behavioral disorders including ADHD, Chronic Pain, and Feeding disorders.

The Center Head position is a leadership post responsible for all aspects of the Center including day to day clinical operations, research programs and the development of the Center's long term strategic vision and plan. Administratively, the Center Head reports to the Chair of the Cleveland Clinic Pediatric Institute.

Suitable candidates will have a doctorate in psychology and significant clinical experience in treating behavioral disorders in pediatric populations including five or more years spent conducting evaluations and designing/delivering interventions. Candidates should have a strong record of leadership including management of at least one large-scale program and significant experience in general administration, clinical service, clinical research, teaching, scholarship, mentoring of faculty and new program development. Candidates should be accomplished in working across multiple disciplines to establish innovative programs and in working with diverse stakeholders within or external to the Cleveland Clinic to advocate for the needs of children and their families. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

The Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital is a 429 bed facility staffed by more than 300 physicians in 55 pediatric medical and surgical specialties and providing over 800,000 outpatient visits annually. It is ranked as one of the best facilities in the United States by US News & World Report. The Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health includes a nationally renowned ADHD Center for Evaluation and Treatment, a Summer Treatment Program for ADHD, a Feeding Program, a Chronic Pain Rehab program and several other well-established specialties. The Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health is located on the park-like campus of the Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation and also has multiple satellite locations employing embedded psychologists to provide care and treatment throughout the region.
