Service Coordinator
Home Instead Senior Care of Evansville employs a large pool of CAREGivers that provide non-medical services for seniors in their homes. The Service Coordinators coordinate the scheduling service for clients and CAREGivers. Primary tasks include: answer phone calls, answer client and CAREGivers questions about their schedules, staff open shifts, maintain accurate schedule information in computer system, communicate client/CAREGiver needs and issues to office staff, facilitate compatible matches between clients and CAREGivers, introduce CAREGivers to clients. Seeking creative, detail-oriented person with strong computer, customer service and communication skills. Individual must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced office environment. 40-hour position, requires participation in overnight call 2x/month. Compensation: Moderate hourly wage based on skills & experience. Company offers paid vacation and minimum essential health & dental plans.
