Assistant Manager Job Summary

Assistant Managers at IHOP rank as second in command and this position comes with a great responsibility especially in making sure that all standards and policies of the company are being upheld.  We look for experienced managers who can deliver upon request our guest promise of 'Come hungry. Leave happy'. All managers participate in the industry renowned training that IHOP Corp. has become known for as well as our own internal management development program and workshops. Our management team is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant, including guest relations, financial responsibility for the operation, hiring, supervision, training and development of staff, service and quality standards, health and sanitation and ordering of all supplies.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience is a must
  • High School Disploma or GED
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Available to work days, nights and overnights on weekends
