About this job

Receptionist wanted for successful, established real estate holding company in San Diego. We are looking for a polished individual that understands not just customer service but concierge-level attention to detail, discretion and client satisfaction.

Typical Duties of the Receptionist

  • Answer and resolve incoming calls, routing and escalating as appropriate using a switchboard phone system
  • Sort and deliver / pick up mail
  • Act as primary gatekeeper 
  • Perform general office clerical and administrative duties in support of management

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years in a similar role with switchboard experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, Degree a plus
  • Bilingual English / Spanish write/read/speak preferred
  • Concierge, high-end hospitality or corporate environment experience a plus
  • Professional appearance, outgoing, friendly and polished demeanor 
  • Ability to support busy executive team with tact and discretion
  • Computer literate with Strong MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
