Receptionist wanted for successful, established real estate holding company in San Diego. We are looking for a polished individual that understands not just customer service but concierge-level attention to detail, discretion and client satisfaction.
Typical Duties of the Receptionist
- Answer and resolve incoming calls, routing and escalating as appropriate using a switchboard phone system
- Sort and deliver / pick up mail
- Act as primary gatekeeper
- Perform general office clerical and administrative duties in support of management
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years in a similar role with switchboard experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, Degree a plus
- Bilingual English / Spanish write/read/speak preferred
- Concierge, high-end hospitality or corporate environment experience a plus
- Professional appearance, outgoing, friendly and polished demeanor
- Ability to support busy executive team with tact and discretion
- Computer literate with Strong MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
