Residential Property Manager

Honest and dependable ranch hand needed to oversee and assist with day to day needs of local family farm located in Seymour, Tennessee. Responsibilities include general farm labor, working with horses, barn work, cleaning, grounds maintenance (including brush), general home repair/maintenance and oversight of grounds. Must possess good working knowledge and use of various tools and equipment, be able to manage projects and budgets and be comfortable around animals. Heavy lifting may also be required. Must be familiar with the operation of farm equipment such as tractor, gator, industrial mower, weed eater, etc...This is not a position to someone new to this type of work. Honesty and experience overseeing farm and private residence are required. Candidates must provide multiple verifiable references in the work areas described above and be able to pass drug testing, background check and drivers license screening.
