Description
Under the general supervision of the District Manager this position exists to assist in managing the scheduling, staffing and execution of inventory operations for a single location to achieve profitability and service goals in support of the overall company objectives. The incumbent supervises the Inventory Specialists, Crew Managers, Team Leaders, Production Supervisors and Inventory Managers.

Requirements
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related curriculum. Knowledge of financial statements, applicable labor and fair employment laws as well as knowledge of word processing and spread sheet software (i.e., Excel) is essential. Must be highly knowledgeable about the technical nature of the service delivery system and have a thorough understanding of the inventory process in order to ensure balance and effectiveness.

Normally requires 2-3 years previous related experience, of which 1-2 years should have been spent in a lead or supervisory capacity. Should have experience managing large numbers of hourly employees in retail, restaurant or other service-related industry. Must have a proven track record of successful team building, sales, customer contact/service, and, personal computer operations.
