$15-19.00/hour DOEJOB DESCRIPTION:
A growing, local company seeks an efficient and motivated candidate to join their team in an exciting Customer Service role! If you pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills, have experience working in a sales support role within the construction industry, and possess a genuine interest in providing strong customer service we want to hear from you! The Customer Service Agent will require utilizing your passion for organization and interest in performing various duties throughout the day to support the company. Hours for this position will be full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm.Primary duties for this position will include:
- Responding to and following through on customer requests.
- Preparing customer agreements.
- Processing the check-in and out of equipment.
- Maintaining organized records of all transactions.
- Providing written and verbal equipment use instruction to customers as needed.
- Processing the shipping and receiving of product.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:- Two years of customer service experience; preference given to those with experience in the construction industry.
- Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills required.
- Experience working with small tools preferred.
- Six months of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
