We are looking for a resourceful Restaurant Manager, able to float and cover their restaurant and near proximity stands. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain quality production, staff productivity and exceed guest service standards.
Responsibilities:
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.
Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
Control and minimize waste.Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and help maintain inventory.
Respond efficiently to guest complaints or issues and provide immediate, positive resolution.
Deliver superior guest service and ensure precise employee training techniques.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a restaurant lead or manager.
*Demonstrate experience in guest service management.
Computer literacy and software familiarity
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
*Previous lead or management preferred, but not necessary
