General Laborer

Stacks on the slitter when required.
Stacks on the taper/gluer when required.
Stacks on the RDC when required.
Checks the material being produced, making sure that it conforms to the factory master.
Moves the material, to be run, from stock area.
Feeds the sheeting through the machine. Verifies the dimensions of the cut-to-specifications.
Transfers handfuls of the sheets to the machine feed table.
Counts the sheets as they are fed into the machine so that the bundle count is correct.
Assists in moving the finished material from the machine to the designated area.
Reports all safety hazards and unsafe acts to the department supervisor.
Follows the end of shift clean-up procedures by the department supervisor.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
