Director of People Systems

Scope of Position:

To provide leadership in all training aspects of the business that has a direct impact on the team of employees. The Training Director is a champion for the culture of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn and ensures our team members are well resourced, and trained on all necessary Chick-fil-A procedures.

Reports to: Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that appropriate systems are developed and implemented to train new employees on the operating standards for Chick-fil-A.

2. Develop and maintain training systems for ongoing recalibration of existing Chick-fil-A team members and leadership.

3. Manage the on-boarding of new Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn employees; including completing all necessary paper work for new hires.

4. Assist in executing events and systems that aid in the continued development of the culture of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn.

5. Ensure that our team members have a REMARKable experience with Orientation and Training procedures.

6. Maintain all equipment, coordinate any repairs that are needed and ensure that routine maintenance is completed per Chick-fil-A quality guidelines.

7. Align daily practices of the kitchen with the vision of the organization and the current goals of the organization.

Requirements:

1. Completed BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience

2. Professional examples of successfully completing the following tasks: a. Previous experience leading or managing others b. Execute multiple projects simultaneously

3. Computer skills, including proficient functionality of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4. Focused attention to detail

5. Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills

6. Must be able to support and help cultivate the vision and values of Chick-fil-A The Shops at Willow Lawn
