The Otis Human Resources team is looking for a summer intern to assist with the below tasks/projects:

* Lead efforts to create compelling and candidate centric job descriptions which play a critical role in attracting talent and communicating our employer value proposition.

* Support broader Talent programs including our recruiting, training & development, and diversity/inclusion/engagement.

* Data analysis and presentation development

* Create and develop standard work for key processes as assigned

* Other projects as needed

Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications. Candidates should be self-starters and be able to work with minimal direction. They should be able to communicate a clear understanding of their subject matter, work in cross-functional teams, respect individual differences and welcome diverse thinking, and offer informed suggestions to improve processes.

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have Permanent Resident status.

Education

Internship opportunities are available for full-time undergraduate and graduate students working toward a BS or MS degree in human resources, business or a related field. Completed Sophomore or Junior year preferred.
