Seeking customer service representatives for the BMW Connect to Drive team.
Main Job Duties:
- servicing BMW owners and Rolls Royce owners with various questions.
- Questions could be Account Management related, unlocking car doors, finding a stolen/lost car, directions to location, or even just joke of the day.
- They really can call for about anything, its their job to do their best in assisting the customer.
- The call volume will range daily and during the times of the day, they could take anywhere from 30 to 80 calls.
- The company care's more about quality than quantity.
- They will be required to record information into their specific program. Also they will communicate with Team leads and others with a version of our Jabber.
- there will be no emailing
