CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (COFFEE PANTRY) (FULL-TIME) - MONDAY - FRIDAY

• We have an opening for a Full-Time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER/COFFEE PANTRY position.
• Location: 125 S W St, Wilmington, DE 19801. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Requirement: Foodservice and Barista experience preferred; Responsible for coffee pantry.

Summary: Prepares coffee, transports and maintains supplies in coffee pantries; stocks beverages, replenish cafe stations during peak hours, Operates Point of Sale system as needed, assists the manager and chef, and keeps the coffee, beverage and self serve stations clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brews coffee, stock coffee pantries, clean and maintain coffee areas and condiment stations. 
• Transport coffee and supplies to appropriate locations.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system as needed.
• Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts. Makes deposits at the end of each shift.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Help to replenish and mantain hot and cold items at self serve areas of cafe to customers.
• Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of beverage, coffee accompaniments and paper items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
