About this job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to retail customer concerns, troubleshooting equipment problems and logging proper calls. Uses Servicemax system for customer service requests, using the information provided in instruction screens. Places necessary outgoing calls to notify responsible parties.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7a-9p; Saturday & Sunday 8a-7p, shift will include one weekend day, days off may not be consecutive. Shift may be later, such as 12:30p-9p or 11:30a-7p depending on business needs. Shift may include one weekend day. Training hours may be different from assigned shift.
Training is approx. 4-6 weeks
