Fraud Analyst - Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

• Responsible for conducting research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and detect fraudulent activity for our ATM/Debit card product.
• Utilize strategic tools, resources and procedures to diligently evaluate accounts and customer situations that may require unique treatment and a specialized approach.
• Work involves making complete inbound and outbound calls and taking appropriate action based on specific transaction characteristics.

Qualifications:

• Best candidates will have Fraud experience
• 1-2 years experience of customer service

Work Schedule:

• 4 10s Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 6:00am - 4:30pm
