Aerotek's client in Greenville, SC is looking to hire a multi-craft maintenance technician to join their team. Candidates will be responsible for the basic PM of all equipment in the plant as well as the maintenance on all equipment that is down. Candidates will work on equipment such as conveyors, pulleys as well as changing out sensors, etc is required.

Pay is $24-27 per hour based on experience.

Candidates must be able to work a 10 hour night shift (8p-6a; Monday - Friday) Candidates could easily work 60 hours per week with OT.

Once all maintenance and automation technicians are hired, the team will decide their own schedule. After training on days, they will work nights.

Job Duties:

- Repair and maintain all equipment and facilities expediently to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment required to maintain up-time goals.
- Inspect all machinery for defects and potential problems in accordance with the preventative maintenance program, repairing and replacing parts as required.
- Order appropriate replacement parts and fluids through the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor.
- Determine reasons for equipment failures and advise managers on corrective and preventive actions to eliminate future downtime.
- Fabricate equipment components using welders, milling machines, lathes, and other machine tools as required.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems at DDC.
- Assist in tooling and mode changes as required by the production schedule.
- Execute lock out / tag out procedures as required on all molding department equipment and facilities.
- Communicate detailed job related information utilizing written and verbal communication forms such as team meetings, work orders, and other related reports.
- Assist in the implementation, development and maintenance of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Maintain a high departmental standard of cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as directed.
