Hiring Call Center Representatives - INBOUND CALLS ONLY! - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is now hiring Call Center Representatives in Broomfield, CO. NO SALES! NO COLLECTIONS! INBOUND CALLS ONLY!

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls, verify patient's medical benefits eligibility and transfer to the on-call Nurse
• Schedule follow up doctor's appointment as needed
• Type detailed notes, including a summary of the circumstances and steps completed into a computer database
• Follow all policies, procedures and regulations. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in call center environment
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to submit to pre-employment, post-offer background check, drug test and security clearance
• Must have open availability and be willing to work weekends
