Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Lead a small sales team
• Promote and market the business from within
• Deal with customer queries and complaints
• Oversee pricing and stock control
• Maximize profitability and host sales meetings to discuss business targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
• Prepare promotional materials and displays
• Train, develop, and lead a team
• Coach and provide performance feedback
• Lead sales members by teaching and encouraging sales tactics

Qualifications

• Must have management experience of at least 3 employees
• Desire to lead
• Possess a desire to promote sales
• Experience in a sales environment where you have sold memberships
• High level of professionalism and ability to communicate with a varied audience
• Must be willing to work two weekends per month and some evenings
