Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community

We are a small family owned and managed property.  We are looking for an assistant to our Maintenance team.  Please only apply if you have had experience in the maintenance field.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to fill a position in Port Orchard, WA  
The maintenance Technician will report to the Property Manager and will handle all aspects of maintenance for the apartment community include, but are not limited to, maintaining the residential units, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, curbs,  trash enclosures, parking lot and other building and common areas.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Completing service requests
• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a self-starter
• On Call  required as needed

QUALIFICATIONS


• Experience  carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair and drywall is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license
