The Quality Audit Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the quality audit program. The supervisor will schedule associates and oversee the program to meet their goals. He/she will track and analyze data from the audits to improve processes and make recommendations. The supervisor will work closely with operations to understand the trends and root cause issues of errors. The supervisor will continue to develop the audit program.

• Experience as a supervisor and/or team lead
• Cross trained in multiple areas a plus
• Computer experience including Microsoft office, Dematic and WMS
• Detail oriented
• Capable of working independently
• Able to clearly document and articulate issues
• Team oriented
• Reliable
• Flexible - responsible for both 1st and 2nd shift auditors
• Willing to become a certified forklift and cherry picker if necessary
