About this job
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running a number of tests on automotive interior components. They have three labs that specialize in different testing (chemical, mechanical, environmental). This candidate will be working in the Environmental lab specifically conducting flammability testing. They will prep the samples, conduct the testing, and generate reports. Responsible for expedited testing, and on time completion of projects.
About the position:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with opportunity for overtime.
- 6 month contract to hire
Must Haves:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Materials Engineering or Engineering Chemistry
- Lab experience in the field or in school
- Someone who can follow specific instructions/directions
