Our Opportunity

As North America Sales Manager, you will lead customer-specific programs and initiatives while creating short term and long term strategic plans to drive sales growth for North America.  You will lead the alignment of customer expectations with company resources during the life of the customer relationship. Resources include working with Leadership, Marketing and Product Development to create and manage product, services, pricing, and support systems to maintain and grow profitable sales.  Role is located in Norcross, GA.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, coordinates, and executes sales objectives, strategies, and advertising and promotional programs to gain market share

  • Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates sales representatives

  • Reviews the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques

  • Develops contract strategy and negotiates contracts in accordance with company standards and business requirements

  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns

  • Works in conjunction with and ensures support for sales administration, product development, and marketing communications

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful business to business sales leadership experience is required

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical Skills

  • Adaptable to new business initiatives

  • Able to advocate and drive change; demonstrated negotiation skills

  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • Organized and planned work approach

  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to use technology and sales analysis tools

  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers, both internally and externally

  • Overnight travel required
