Aerotek is currently hiring a CNC Machinist for a full time position in Savannah, Ga. Candidates will be responsible for the following:
-Operation of Mills and Lathes, Vertical Turret Lathes, Vertical Boring Mills, Drill Presses, and Vertical Grinders.
-Candidates will machine, repair and rebuild of components including but not limited to pumps, shafts, gears, drives,valves and turbines.
-Must be proficient in machining one off pieces due to level of customization
-Must have experience working in a job shop atmosphere and machining large parts- production experience will not be considered
-Must be able to edit programs, set up machines, and operate
First and Second shift opportunities are available. Pay will be based on experience.
