Concrete Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a Concrete Foreman for a commerical subcontractor in the Kansas City area. Experienced candidate must be able to run concrete workers, complete project on time and within budget. Projects incldue curbs and sidewalks, concrete paving, footing and slabs, concrete walls, saw and demo, remove and replace concrete, new construction, and ADA ramps. Project cost range from $20,000 to $150,000+ on repair and new pours. Must have good attention to detail and have clear communication with team members and clients. Position pays $30-$35/HR based on experience.
