Job Duties of part time customer service representatives include:
- Receives inbound calls from members, records appointment information and transfers calls to other departments if necessary
- Determines available appointment times and records patient information using an automated scheduling system
- Direct calls for further problem resolution if necessary
Qualifications of part time customer service representatives include:
- 1+ years of Customer Service/Call center experience
- Comfortable with part-time work
- Computer skills
- Health-care background preferred, but not require
Training and shift information:
- Training will be 40 hours a week Monday - Friday for 2-3 weeks
- The position will then move to part-time on Monday and Tuesday (16 to 20 hours per week)
