Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking General Laborers in Portland, TN for Day Shift – 6:00am-2:30pm. Pay Rate: $12.00. Interested candidates should have prior Industrial and Forklift experience. The positions are Evaluation-to-Hire.
Responsibilities of the General Laborer:
- Using a hand grinder
- Forklift
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Perform all tasks requested by the supervisor and/or other management personnel
Requirements of the General Laborer:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- At least 1 year forklift experience
- Hand grinder and other tools
Physical Requirements of the General Laborer:
- Capability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, squat and twist up to 10 hours
Compensation of the General Laborer:
- $12.00 per hour
