Hiring College Students! Team Leads & Ride Operators Wanted - Full-time / Part-time

If you are a hardworking, safety conscious and reliable individual who enjoys working outdoors and in the sunlight, then join our team as a Team Lead at The Track! We are seeking a diligent and attentive Team Lead who will be responsible for the safe operation of our Operations Division and Rides Department throughout the park. This position exists to assist in the successful and profitable operation of a unit or group of units. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing The Track goals and policies, supervising employees to ensure the successful follow through of goals, and providing a high-quality Guest experience. All Guests should receive courteous, friendly, and efficient service in a neat, clean, and professional environment. 

As a Team Lead Member, you will:

• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Enforce safety standards
• Comply with operation and ride department policies and standards
• Ensure all operations and rides are presented in a visually appealing manner
• Evaluate operations and rides to make recommendations and improvements
• Administer all Company and departmental policies regarding grooming, uniform, nametags, conduct, call-ins, etc.
• Conduct employee reviews
• Organize and develop a well-trained, efficient staff whereby, when promotions are available, qualified people are also available
• Create unit schedules that correlate labor hours and ride volume in proportion
• Analyze usage of labor to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
• Ensure unit is organized and maintained in a sanitary manner; ensure proper cleaning schedules are followed
• Be available and willing to work at different locations on park

Minimum Qualifications:

• Tourism and hospitality industry experience is a plus!
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
• Must be able and willing to meet all of The Track’s Grooming Standards daily

Working Conditions: Work is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions with and without shade structures, depending on the location. Team Leads are hands on with their team, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching throughout their shift. Shifts can vary in length.
