Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED1+ year of telephonic customer service experienceExperience using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare experience Prior authorization experienceMedicaid knowledge/experience Call center experience
