About this job
- Greets and checks in daily scheduled guests
- Supports the sales staff by providing proper contractual paperwork
- Assure legality of completed financing and agreements
- Runs credit reports
- Accepts responsibility for monetary payments
Duties also include reporting official nightly and weekly numbers back to main office via Excel reports and acting as a liaison between main office's HR department and new hires.
EXPERIENCE: Office experience and Microsoft Office is a plus.
WORK WEEK: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (includes weekends) and some holidays.
DAILY HOURS: Daily hours vary according to seasonal tour flow.
