Sales Representatives are offered paid training to learn Gold Mountain Communications best practices in the areas of telecommunications and sales. You will develop knowledge of products offered in order to confidently and honestly present to you customer. Gold Mountain operates both inbound and outbound calls with existing customers of our clients. Sales Representatives communicate with customers how our products offered will benefit them and, in this way, are able to secure the sale of the product offered. You will receive ongoing coaching and training from Gold Mountain's management team and team mentors to clearly identify both personal and professional goals.
