We're hiring a Mixing Room Assistant located in Belcamp, Maryland. You will be responsible for dumping and blending seasonings and/or spices to meet customer's specifications and package accordingly. The Mixing Room Assistant position is full-time and you will report to the Production Supervisor.
Job Duties include but are not limited to following mixing instructions on batch card to produce quality seasonings and/or spices. Mixing Assistant will verify quality of product with QC Lab before starting run. Visually inspect each product during process to insure quality is correct. You will help fill out the batch card during the run and complete the card at the end of each run. Mixing Assistant will help calculate total ctns./ bags produce along with total weights and explain any difference between batch weight and total weight. Follow all safety and quality rules established by CSC. May be required to complete other duties assigned. Management reserves the right to assign duties not typically performed in this position if there is a business need.
Shift Times & Pay
Monday -- Friday
7:00AM-3:30PM
$11.50/hr.
Monday -- Friday
3:30PM-12:00AM
$12.00/hr.

Requirements
GED or High School graduate preferred. Ability to lift 50lbs to 100lbs repeatedly during shift. Work in an environment that is dusty and may contain spices with high heat. Ability to assist Operator as needed in room. Visual requirements near and far visual acuity and visual accommodation. Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures.
