A successful Smart Home Services Partner Operations Manager will have the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree from four-year college or university AND/OR combination of relevant experience
  • Work experience in the media/entertainment and/or relationship management 
  • Proven track record building strong relationships; excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; individual contributor responsible for managing business relationships
  • Desire to learn and continue to develop professional talents and skills that will enhance the relationships with our partners
  • Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment while being personal and professional

The Smart Home Services Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with retail and manufacturer partners for sales and fulfillment. Position will coordinate projects across all partner and internal functional areas. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate solid organizational skills, be an excellent communicator while solving immediate issues, adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment, execute high impact projects, think long-term and be comfortable working with cross functional teams.


Primary responsibilities for this role:

  • Act as Smart Home Services’ primary point of contact to the partner and manage daily communication, anticipate partner’s needs and align partner activities with internal stakeholders
  • Identify additional business opportunities with current partners and grow the relationship profitably
  • Analyze complex business problems and communicating effectively across different functions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives, marketing managers, product managers, operations managers, IT management, software development teams, test teams and infrastructure teams
  • Project management
  • Influence business decisions based on data and metrics
